Dosage recommendations

• Take 2 capsules once daily. Best taken one hour before bedtime with a glass of warm water.
• One cycle is 3 months. For the first use, take 3 capsules each time during the first month; thereafter, depending on the improvement, you can resume taking 2 capsules each time.
